Extra Events
Both the members of the choir and the choir as a whole have many opportunities to attend extra events, both locally and elsewhere. For the previous few summers, the choir have taken tours to sing at Norwich, Truro and Carlisle cathedrals. During the course of these tours, the choir have sung regular services at the cathedrals, covering a vast range of musical works; and have also had the opportunities to explore the various parts of the country. On days off, activities such as surfing and
body boarding have been arranged, making such tours both musically and socially rewarding.

As the choir is affiliated to the RSCM, it's members are able to join local events to mix with members of other local choirs, and sing some larger works, often conducted by some of the best choral directors in Britain. There is also the opportunity to attend residential courses all over the country, with opportunities to meet many new people, and sing some great works.
